Comparison of gene expression profiles from Nothobranchius furzeri (strain: MZM-04/10p) liver for 2 age groups after physical exercise (swim-tunnel). For physical exercise, fish were placed in swim-tunnel for 4 weeks and were swimming 6 times per day for 5 min duration (water velocity 14 cm/s).The RNA-seq data comprise 3 groups. Jena Centre for Systems Biology of Ageing - JenAge (www.jenage.de) 20 samples in 3 groups: 9 weeks w/o physical exercise (5 Samples), 9 weeks w/ physical exercise (5 Samples), 27 weeks w/ physical exercise (10 Samples)

本数据集针对两种年龄组的弗氏假鳃鳉(Nothobranchius furzeri,品系:MZM-04/10p)的肝脏基因表达谱,在游泳隧道式有氧运动处理后的差异展开比较分析。 关于有氧运动处理流程:将受试鱼放置于游泳隧道装置中,开展为期4周的训练,每日游泳6次,每次持续5分钟,水流速度设定为14 cm/s。 本次研究的RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据共分为3个组别,由耶拿衰老系统生物学中心(Jena Centre for Systems Biology of Ageing,简称JenAge,www.jenage.de)提供,总计20个样本,具体分组如下:9周龄未进行有氧运动组(5个样本)、9周龄经有氧运动组(5个样本)以及27周龄经有氧运动组(10个样本)
