EFFICACY OF MYOCARDIAL METABOLISM-IMPROVING AGENTS IN CHRONIC PHYSICAL OVEREXERTION SYNDROME

The article analyzes the physiological and adaptive mechanisms of the cardiac cycle in elite athletes under conditions of chronic physical overexertion. It examines myocardial metabolism disorders, energy deficiency, and hypoxia resulting from intensive training and short recovery periods. Furthermore, the efficacy of metabolic and cardioprotective agents (L-carnitine, coenzyme Q10, phosphocreatine) that support myocardial function and comply with the requirements of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is evaluated.本研究分析了慢性体力过度负荷状态下优秀运动员心动周期的生理与适应机制。该研究考察了高强度训练与恢复期不足所引发的心肌代谢紊乱、能量匮乏及缺氧状况。此外，本研究还评估了能够支持心肌功能且符合世界反兴奋剂机构（World Anti-Doping Agency，WADA）相关要求的代谢及心肌保护类药物（L-肉碱、辅酶Q10、磷酸肌酸）的有效性。
