The Evaluating Predictors & Interventions in Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction(SOD) study (EPISOD) is a randomized sham-controlled study of biliary and pancreatic sphincterotomy as treatment for patients with pain after cholecystectomy fitting the criteria for sphincter of Oddi dysfunction type III.《Oddi括约肌功能障碍（Sphincter of Oddi Dysfunction, SOD）预测因子与干预措施评估研究》（EPISOD）是一项随机假对照研究，将胆道与胰腺括约肌切开术作为治疗手段，用于治疗符合III型Oddi括约肌功能障碍标准、且在胆囊切除术后出现疼痛的患者。
