Genomes P.falciparum Gambia 2025 - v2

A set of data files related to P. falciparum genome assemblies, gathered using the long-read sequencing technology Pacbio HiFi. All samples were collected in the Gambia in 2016/2017. Contains 43 sets of assemblies, annotations and protein sequences. Additionally, fasta files containing sequences of the three VSAs families var, rif and stevor are also made available, alongside their domain and group classifications.本数据集为一套与恶性疟原虫（*Plasmodium falciparum*，P. falciparum）基因组组装相关的数据文件，其测序数据通过Pacbio HiFi长读长测序技术获取。 所有样本于2016至2017年间在冈比亚采集完成。 数据集包含43套基因组组装结果、基因注释信息及蛋白质序列。此外，还提供了包含var、rif与stevor三类可变表面抗原（Variable Surface Antigens，VSAs）家族序列的fasta文件，以及对应结构域与分组的分类信息。
