Fundulus grandis (taxid:34779) Transcriptome or Gene expression

Analysis of differential expression of genes in the livers of F. grandis adults in estuaries infiltrated by petroleum from the Deepwater Horizon well blowout using RNA-Seq. Transcripts were assembled de novo from short read data and used to measure differential expression in oil exposed vs unexposed samples.本研究采用RNA测序（RNA-Seq）技术，对受深水地平线钻井井喷泄漏石油侵染的河口生境中的F. grandis成体肝脏的基因差异表达情况进行分析。研究人员从短读长测序数据中从头组装得到转录本，并以此测定石油暴露组与未暴露组样本间的基因差异表达水平。
