Dox-inducible YAP5SA-GFP/nGFP were treated with Doxycycline for 24 hours each and compared to non-treated controls Overall design: Cells were grown to confluence in Tet-free medium (using Tet-compatible FBS from Clontech®) after which they were induced with 1or 0 ug/ml Doxycyline for 24 hours. One cell line expressed nGFP and the other GFP-tagged YAP5SA.
