Proposed heavy vehicle rest area at Berowa: review of environmental factors

The Roads and Traffic Authority (RTA) is proposing to construct a heavy vehicle rest area for the F3 Freeway at Berowra. The proposed heavy vehicle rest area would utilise the cleared land between the F3 Berowra exit road and the Pacific Highway. The Review of Environmental Factors (REF) has been prepared by RTA Operations and the purpose of the REF is to describe the proposal to document the likely impacts of the proposal on the environment and to detail protective measures to be implemented.
