Peatland phototrophic metagenome

High-throughput environmental was used to generate phototrophic sequences from the 23S V region to characterize the diversity and community structure of peatland phototrophic microbes along a gradient of microhabitats本研究借助高通量环境（High-throughput environmental）测序技术，针对23S核糖体RNA可变区（23S V region）扩增获取光合微生物序列，以此解析沿微生境梯度分布的泥炭地光合微生物的多样性及其群落结构。
