Biogeochemical Typing of the Paddy Field Environment

meta-ribosomal RNA sequencing project to observe microbial bio-diversity of paddy field environment. The data combined with metabolome and ionome data and performing "typing" of environment. We call this as BioGeoChemical typing (BCG typing). BCG typing allow to extract the statistically estimated units from the complex environment and it can be first step of definition of structure of eco-system.

宏核糖体RNA测序（meta-ribosomal RNA sequencing）项目旨在探究稻田环境中的微生物生物多样性。本项目数据整合了代谢组（metabolome）与离子组（ionome）数据，以开展环境‘分型’研究。我们将该分型方法命名为生物地球化学分型（BioGeoChemical typing，简称BCG分型）。BCG分型可从复杂环境中提取经统计学估算得到的单元，同时也是定义生态系统结构的首要步骤。
