The homozygous of mutants of Arabidopsis gene (AT1G31870) are lethal. The gene encodes a homolog of yeast BUD13 of RES complex, AtBUD13, which is involved in pre-mRNA splicing of target genes. To assay the introns characters of target genes of AtBUD13 in Arabidopsis thaliana, the siliques at 0, 1 and 2 days after pollination of wild type and heterozygous mutants were used for RNA-Seq.

拟南芥(Arabidopsis thaliana)AT1G31870基因的纯合突变体致死。该基因编码酵母RES复合物中BUD13的同源蛋白AtBUD13,其参与靶基因的前体mRNA(pre-mRNA)剪接过程。为分析拟南芥中AtBUD13靶基因的内含子特征,本研究以野生型与杂合突变体授粉后0、1、2天的角果为材料开展RNA测序(RNA-Seq)。
