本研究借助RNA测序(RNA-seq)、转座酶可及性测序(ATAC-seq)以及组蛋白H3赖氨酸27乙酰化(H3K27ac)、叉头框P3(Foxp3)与Ikzf1的染色质免疫沉淀测序(ChIP-seq),探究了艾卡罗斯(Ikaros)在刺激条件下对调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)特性与功能的调控作用,并以小鼠调节性T细胞为实验对象完成了上述所有测序实验。
