MicroRNA sequencing of non-seminomatous germ cell tumor cell lines of yolk-sac tumor (YST) and embryonal carcinoma (EC) origin. Overall design: YST and EC cell lines were cultivated till 80 % confluency. Total RNA has been isolated and subsequently microRNA sequencing has been performed.

针对源自卵黄囊瘤（yolk-sac tumor, YST）和胚胎癌（embryonal carcinoma, EC）的非精原细胞瘤性生殖细胞肿瘤细胞系开展微小RNA（microRNA）测序研究。实验整体设计：将YST与EC细胞系培养至80%细胞汇合度，提取总RNA后进行微小RNA测序。
