Data base suppoort results of the study "Structural Alterations of Segmented Macular Inner Layers in Aquaporin4-Antibody-Positive Optic Neuritis Patients in a Chinese Population ". It mainly includes perpapillary retinal nerve fiber layer thickness and inner macular segmented layers OCT measurements in AQP4-Ab negative and positive ON cohorts and healthy controls for 0-2 months, 2-4 months, 4-6 months and more than 6 months.本数据库支撑了题为《中国人群中水通道蛋白4抗体（Aquaporin4-Antibody）阳性视神经炎患者的黄斑节段内层结构改变》的研究成果。该数据集主要包含水通道蛋白4抗体阳性、阴性视神经炎（Optic Neuritis, ON）队列以及健康对照组在发病后0~2个月、2~4个月、4~6个月及6个月以上的视盘周围视网膜神经纤维层厚度，与黄斑节段内层的光学相干断层扫描（Optical Coherence Tomography, OCT）测量数据。
