Microbiome analysis of the ileal microbiota of The Brk family kinase triple-knockout mice

To examine the role of Brk family kinases (Brk, Srms, and Frk) in regulating the ileal mucosal homeostasis, the ileal microbiota samples were isolated from the wildtype control, heterozygote control, and Brk family kinases triple-knockout mice and subjected to 16S metagenomics sequencing.
