Single cell RNA-sequencing of pre-implantation marmoset embryos from the four-cell to compacted morula

We perform single-cell profiling of chromatin accessibility, DNA methylation, and transcription (scNMT-seq) in marmoset embryos at the four-cell, eight-cell, and compacted morula stages. This dataset corresponds to the transcriptome component.
