Investigating genomic diversity of historic honeybee populations from Switzerland. Swiss Museum honeybee genomics

Sequence data of 22 Swiss honey bee samples provided by the Natural History Museum in Bern. DNA of these samples were extracted using phenol-chloroform from the hing legs of the bees. Whole-genome sequencing was performed using illumina HiSeq 3000.

伯尔尼自然历史博物馆（Natural History Museum in Bern）提供的22份瑞士蜜蜂样本的序列数据。上述样本的DNA均通过酚-氯仿法从蜜蜂的后足中提取，随后采用Illumina HiSeq 3000测序平台完成全基因组测序。
