Suijing18 long-read sequencing data based on PacBio SMART

The Sequel 20K libraries were prepared with the standard protocol from PacBio and sequenced with the PacBio LRS instrument, model Sequel. We finally generated 25 Gb of long-read sequencing (LRS) raw data with sequencing depthcoverage of 62X for Suijing 18.本研究中的Sequel 20K测序文库采用PacBio（太平洋生物科学公司）标准实验流程制备，并使用型号为Sequel的PacBio长读长测序（Long-read sequencing, LRS）仪器完成测序。最终共生成25 Gb的长读长测序原始数据，针对绥粳18的测序深度与覆盖度达62X。
