FlhDC gene transcriptome dataset

This project tested a total of 9 samples and generated 54.24Gb of data, with Q30 base percentages of 95.79% or higher. Separately The Clean Reads of each sample were aligned with the designated reference genome, with alignment efficiencies ranging from 93.36% to 94.21%.
