This project tested a total of 9 samples and generated 54.24Gb of data, with Q30 base percentages of 95.79% or higher. Separately The Clean Reads of each sample were aligned with the designated reference genome, with alignment efficiencies ranging from 93.36% to 94.21%. Translate into English After aligning the sequencing reads with the reference genome and reconstructing the transcript, a total of 401 new genes were detected, of which 305 were successfully identified Can annotate. Subsequently, differentially expressed genes were identified based on their expression levels in different samples.
本项目共检测9个样本,生成数据量达54.24Gb,其Q30碱基百分比不低于95.79%。分别将每个样本的清洁读段(Clean Reads)与指定参考基因组(reference genome)进行比对,比对效率介于93.36%至94.21%之间。将测序读段与参考基因组比对并完成转录本(transcript)重构后,共检测到401个新基因,其中305个可成功注释。随后,基于不同样本中的基因表达水平,鉴定得到差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes)。
