The scope of the network is to monitor the Seismic Activity in the front of the Hellenic Arc. It is operated by the Laboratory of Geophysics & Seismology of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete in collaboration with the UNESCO Chair on Solid Earth Physics and Geohazards Risk Reduction.

本地震监测网络的布设目标为监测希腊弧（Hellenic Arc）前缘区域的地震活动。该网络由克里特技术教育学院地球物理与地震学实验室联合联合国教科文组织固体地球物理与地质灾害风险减缓教席（UNESCO Chair on Solid Earth Physics and Geohazards Risk Reduction）运维。
