Data Collection and Preprocessing: (1) Data Collection: Based on the Outpatient Assistant App, collect the usage data of chronic disease testing analytical instruments under the shared mechanism, and analyze the average operating duration of such instruments. The specific collected data fields include: collection cycle, number of days in the month, equipment name, equipment serial number, total operating duration (hours), maximum daily operating duration (hours), minimum daily operating duration (hours), etc. (2) Data Preprocessing: Process the collected raw data by eliminating missing and abnormal data entries. 2.
