The following abbreviations were used: number of sequences per phylogroup (n); number of polymorphic sites (S); number of haplotypes (h); haplotypic diversity (Hd); nucleotide diversity (π); Tajima’s D statistic (D); Fu’s F statistic (F).本研究采用如下缩写：各系统发育群（phylogroup）的序列数（n）、多态位点数（S）、单倍型数（h）、单倍型多样性（Hd）、核苷酸多样性（π）、塔伊马D统计量（Tajima’s D statistic，D）以及傅氏F统计量（Fu’s F statistic，F）。
