本研究旨在明确蓍草与金盏花超临界提取物（supercritical extracts）对胰腺癌细胞系MIA PaCa-2基因表达的分子效应。本次实验针对金盏花（CAL）设置了30 μg/ml与70 μg/ml两个剂量梯度，在细胞暴露处理48小时后收集RNA样本。各剂量组均开展3次独立重复实验，对照组则设置4次独立重复实验。
