MCBP 2024 Marsh study locations, elevations, and SRA Accessions

A salt marsh field study, comprising 2 marshes in Maryland’s Coastal Bays, was conducted in summer 2024. This dataset includes the GPS coordinates for each sampling site, along with site elevation, measured with RTK (m), and Accession numbers for amplicon sequencing data deposited at NCBI SRA, under BioProject PRJNA1368941.本研究于2024年夏季在美国马里兰州沿海湾区域开展盐沼野外调查，共涵盖两处盐沼样地。本数据集包含各采样位点的GPS坐标、经实时动态差分定位（RTK）测定的位点海拔（单位：米），以及提交至美国国家生物技术信息中心（NCBI）序列读取归档（SRA）的扩增子测序数据登录号，对应生物项目（BioProject）编号为PRJNA1368941。
