THE ROLE OF NATIONALLY MENTALITY-BASED METAPHORS IN THE PROCESS OF COMMUNICATION

This article analyzes the linguacultural nature of metaphors characterized by national mentality in the process of communication. Metaphor is considered not only as a stylistic device of language, but also as an important expression of human cognition and cultural worldview. The study highlights the close relationship between metaphors and national mentality, as well as their pragmatic and semantic functions in communication.本文分析了交际进程中带有民族心智（national mentality）特征的隐喻的语言文化属性。隐喻不仅被视为语言的修辞手段，更是人类认知与文化世界观的重要体现。本研究着重阐明了隐喻与民族心智之间的紧密关联，以及二者在交际活动中的语用功能与语义功能。
