摘要：该数据是湛江市生态环境局依职能产生的2021年水环境重点排污单位名录信息。根据《中华人民共和国环境保护法》《重点排污单位名录管理规定（试行）》要求，结合湛江市实际情况，每年组织并向公众发布水环境重点排污单位名录，欢迎监督相关企业的排污行为。

Abstract: This dataset contains the 2021 list of key water pollution discharging units generated by the Zhanjiang Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment in accordance with its statutory functions. In accordance with the requirements of the "Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Regulations on the Administration of Key Pollutant Discharging Units List (Trial Implementation)", and in light of the actual conditions of Zhanjiang City, the bureau organizes and releases the list of key water pollution discharging units to the public annually. Public supervision of the pollution discharge behaviors of the relevant enterprises is welcome.
