VuDREB2A activated transcription in wild type Arabidopsis: VuDREB2A overexpressor lines vs. wild type Arabidopsis

Transcriptional profiling of Arabidopsis overexpressing VuDREB2A (full length/truncated) compared to wild type. Unstressed three week-old whole seedlings were used. Goal was to search the genes upregulated byVuDREB2A in Arabidopsis. Two-condition experiment, VuDREB2A (full length/truncated) overexpressing lines v.s. wild type. Biological replicates: 2 transgenic replicates, 2 wild type replicates

本数据集针对过表达全长/截短型VuDREB2A的拟南芥（Arabidopsis）与野生型对照开展转录组表达谱分析（transcriptional profiling）。实验材料为未受胁迫的三周龄整株幼苗，实验目的为筛选拟南芥中受VuDREB2A上调表达的基因。本实验采用双条件设计：过表达全长/截短型VuDREB2A的转基因株系与野生型株系对照。生物学重复设置为：转基因株系2次重复，野生型株系2次重复。
