To study the TORC1-mediated transcriptional regulation of the genes involved in ribosome biosynthesis in fission yeast Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for fission yeasts (wild type and knockout mutants of sfp1, ifh1 and fhl1 genes)

研究目标：探究裂殖酵母（fission yeast）中TORC1介导的核糖体生物合成相关基因的转录调控过程。
整体实验设计：针对裂殖酵母的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展比较基因表达谱分析，所用菌株包含野生型菌株，以及sfp1、ifh1和fhl1基因的敲除突变体。
