Effects of day/night air temperature set points (MDT) of 34/28 (31), 31/25 (28), 28/22 (25), 25/19 (22), or 22/16 (19°C) °C (12-h/12-h day/night) and three DLIs using no shade cloth or 30% or 50 % shade cloth on growth and development of greenhouse grown tree houseleek (<i>Aeonium</i> <i>arboreum</i>) ‘Nigrum’ (Rep. 1 only), round-leafed navel-wort (<i>Cotyledon</i> <i>orbiculata</i>) ‘Silver Peak’, Mexican hens and chicks (<i>Echeveria hybrid</i>) ‘Pollux’, kalanchoe (<i>Kalanchoe villiosa</i>), panda plant (<i>K.</i> <i>tomentosa</i>), coral senecio (<i>Senecio fulgens</i>) ‘Amke’ (Rep. 1 only), and senecio (<i>Senecio ficoides</i>) ‘Mount Everest’ (Rep. 2 only).
本试验探究了5组昼夜气温设定点(MDT)——分别为34/28(31)、31/25(28)、28/22(25)、25/19(22)或22/16(19)℃,采用12小时昼/12小时夜的光温周期——结合3个日光合光量子积分(DLI)水平(通过无遮阳网、30%遮阳网或50%遮阳网实现),对温室栽培的7种多肉植物生长发育的影响。供试材料包括:树莲花掌<i>Aeonium arboreum</i>‘Nigrum’(仅开展重复试验1)、圆叶银波锦<i>Cotyledon orbiculata</i>‘Silver Peak’、墨西哥杂交拟石莲花<i>Echeveria hybrid</i>‘Pollux’、绒毛伽蓝菜<i>Kalanchoe villiosa</i>、月兔耳<i>K. tomentosa</i>、火焰千里光<i>Senecio fulgens</i>‘Amke’(仅开展重复试验1)以及棒叶千里光<i>Senecio ficoides</i>‘Mount Everest’(仅开展重复试验2)。
