Chromosomal domain formation by archaeal SMC, a roadblock protein, and DNA structure

In this work, we performed DNA affinity purification of proteins that bind to biotinylated DNA probe, denoted as difL and difR. The enriched proteins were subjected to SDS-PAGE, in-gel tryptic digestion, followed by LC-MSMS.

本研究针对与以difL与difR命名的生物素标记DNA探针结合的蛋白质开展DNA亲和纯化（DNA affinity purification）实验。将所得富集蛋白质依次进行十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（SDS-PAGE）、胶内胰蛋白酶消化（in-gel tryptic digestion），随后采用液相色谱-串联质谱（LC-MS/MS）进行检测分析。
