Quantitative Analysis of the Transcriptomes of Tyro3- overexpressed and knocked out cell lines

The goals of this study are to compare transcriptome profiling among four different cell lines including parental cells, resistant cells, Tyro3-overexpression cells, and Tyro3 knockout cells. Overall design: Tyro3 was overexpressed in parental 4T1 cells, and knocked out in 4T1-resistant cells. Gene expression profiling of the cell lines was examined by RNA-seq.

本研究旨在比较四种不同细胞系的转录组谱，涵盖亲本细胞、耐药细胞、Tyro3过表达细胞及Tyro3敲除细胞。整体实验设计：在亲本4T1细胞中过表达Tyro3，并在4T1耐药细胞中敲除Tyro3。上述细胞系的基因表达谱通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）进行检测。
