Genome data of Cryptocaryon irritans

we produced a draft genome of C. irritans using Oxford Nanopore Technologies (ONT). The genome was assembled into 2,384 contigs with a total length of 45.61 Mb and a contig N50 length of 21.24 Kb. Moreover, a total of 8,729 protein-coding genes and 490 ncRNAs were annotated in the reference genome.本研究利用牛津纳米孔测序技术（Oxford Nanopore Technologies, ONT），完成了刺激隐核虫（C. irritans）的基因组草图。该基因组被组装为2384个重叠群（contig），总长度达45.61 Mb，重叠群N50长度为21.24 Kb。此外，本研究在该参考基因组中共注释得到8729个蛋白质编码基因与490个非编码RNA（ncRNAs）。
