Starting with Fiscal Year 2001, the Annual Report and Annual Report Appendix have been combined and renamed the Combined Statement of Receipts, Outlays, and Balances...自2001财政年度（Fiscal Year）起，年度报告（Annual Report）与年度报告附录（Annual Report Appendix）已合并，并更名为《收入、支出与余额合并报表》（Combined Statement of Receipts, Outlays, and Balances）。
