Ecoli_Cojugation

These are donor E coli cells (ANB35) and recipient Ecoli cells (ANB24). These are the same . cells described in the Science paper (Direct visualization of horizontal gene transfer). The . cells were mixed on the grid and then plunge frozen and imaged with cryo-ET without CLEM. . Targets were imaged with cryo-ET randomly.

本次研究使用的细胞样本分为供体大肠杆菌（E. coli）菌株ANB35与受体大肠杆菌（E. coli）菌株ANB24。两类菌株与发表于《科学》（Science）期刊、题为《水平基因转移的直接可视化》（Direct visualization of horizontal gene transfer）的论文中所报道的细胞完全一致。将上述菌株在电镜载网上混合后，经快速冷冻制样，随后采用冷冻电子断层扫描（cryo-ET）进行成像，未结合关联光镜-电镜联用（CLEM）技术。成像过程中随机选取目标样本进行冷冻电子断层扫描数据采集。
