Raw spikelist files generated during MEA recordings in experiment 1 in which an shRNA control was used

This dataset is comprised of the input files generated by MEA recordings on the Axion Maestro system, called spikelist files. These files can be uploaded into the IGM.MEA analysis pipeline to generate the data files used to produce the figures in the manuscript.The .csv file that is not labelled with "spike_list" is the platemap file that is also necessary to run the analysis pipeline. The platemap file contains the data about the order of the treatment of the wells in each plate.
