Evaluation of the modulation and regenerative effects of human faecal microbiota transplantation on the clinical-histopathological response and changes in gut microenvironment in PGF mice subjected to chemical induction of mild, moderate and serious form of UC (as model organism) with the hope to obtain new data regarding the safety and efficiency of FMT for its improved and optimized use.

本研究以作为模式生物、经化学诱导构建轻度、中度及重度溃疡性结肠炎(Ulcerative Colitis, UC)模型的PGF小鼠为研究对象,评估人粪便菌群移植(faecal microbiota transplantation, FMT)对其临床-组织病理学响应及肠道微环境变化的调节与修复作用,以期获取关于FMT安全性与有效性的新数据,为FMT的优化与改良应用提供支撑。
