Identification of differential gene expression in WT and DGKzeta deficient CD8 T cells by RNA-seq. Mus musculus

Purpose: The goal of this study is to identify changes in gene expression between wild type and DGKzeta deficient splenic CD8+ T cells upon sitmulation with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28. Methods: mRNA profiles from WT and DGKzeta deficient CD8 T cells were generated. Overall design: Comparison of stimulated splenic CD8 T cells from WT and DGKzeta deficient mice.

研究目的：本研究旨在探究经抗CD3与抗CD28抗体刺激后，野生型（Wild Type, WT）与二酰甘油激酶ζ（DGKζ）缺陷型脾脏CD8+ T细胞的基因表达差异。方法：制备野生型与DGKζ缺陷型CD8 T细胞的mRNA表达谱。整体实验设计：对比野生型与DGKζ缺陷型小鼠经刺激后的脾脏CD8 T细胞。
