北京市六环以内商业区分布与分类研究数据集

在北京市2013年开源路网和商业网点数据基础上，选取北京市六环以内95466条零售商业和餐饮业商业点信息。在此基础上，研发了北京市六环以内商业区分布与分类研究数据集。数据集包括：对1063个商业区归类划分的5种商业区类型，这5种商业区类型包括：饮食文化型商业区、专营型商业区、购物中心型商业区、便利型商业区和综合型商业区。数据包括5种商业区类型面积统计，商业活动量，商业区等级（根据活动量划分三等）和距市中心距离等数据。

Based on the 2013 open-source road network and commercial facility data of Beijing, 95,466 retail and catering commercial points within the 6th Ring Road of Beijing were selected. On this basis, a research dataset on the distribution and classification of commercial districts within the 6th Ring Road of Beijing was developed. The dataset covers 5 types of commercial districts classified from 1,063 identified commercial districts, namely food culture-oriented, specialized, shopping mall-oriented, convenience-oriented, and comprehensive commercial districts. Specifically, the dataset includes area statistics for each of the 5 commercial district types, commercial activity volume, commercial district levels (divided into three tiers based on activity volume), and distance to the city center, among other relevant data.
