The relationship between gut microbiota and Prosthetic Joint Infection has not been implicated. Herely, we characterise the dysbiosis of gut microbiota and metabolites and serum immune markers in order to explore the diagnostic and therapeutic values of gut microbiota in patients with Prosthetic Joint Infection.

目前尚未明确肠道微生物群（gut microbiota）与人工关节感染（Prosthetic Joint Infection）之间的关联。在此，本研究对人工关节感染患者的肠道微生物群、代谢物（metabolites）及血清免疫标志物（serum immune markers）的菌群失调（dysbiosis）特征进行表征，以期探究肠道微生物群在该病中的诊断与治疗价值。
