Single-cell sequencing of murine bone marrow, spleen and lymph node B cells following RSV-F immunizations

Single-cell RNA sequencing files of GEX libraries aligned to the murine reference genome (mm10) from B cells (IgG+ CD19+), plasma cells, and plasmablasts (CD19+ TACI+ CD138+) isolated from the lymph nodes, spleen, and bone marrow of a single RSV-F immunized mouse (three subcutaneous immunizations with a 21-day interval in the left flank)本数据集包含比对至小鼠参考基因组（mm10）的基因表达（Gene Expression, GEX）文库单细胞RNA测序文件，测序样本为单只RSV-F免疫小鼠的B细胞（IgG+ CD19+）、浆细胞及浆母细胞（CD19+ TACI+ CD138+），上述细胞均分离自该小鼠的淋巴结、脾脏与骨髓；该小鼠于左侧腹皮下接受三次免疫，每次间隔21天。
