本实验旨在鉴定受肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体受体1(TRAIL R1)小干扰RNA(si-RNA)与肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体受体2(TRAIL R2)小干扰RNA(si-RNA)调控的微RNA(miRNAs)。本研究的总体目标为阐明肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)死亡受体通过抑制let-7的成熟过程,进而参与恶性病变发生的潜在分子机制。实验设计:设置两组对照比较实验,分别为TRAIL R1小干扰RNA组与对照小干扰RNA组,以及TRAIL R2小干扰RNA组与对照小干扰RNA组。
