Raw sequence reads of RNA sequencing of two 2S-2B translocation line and their parental lines

To determine the breakpoints of the two 2S-2B translocation line, young leaves at three leaf stage of the two translocation line and their parental lines were collected and used for RNA extraction and sequencing.
