Raw sequence reads of RNA sequencing of two 2S-2B translocation line and their parental lines

To determine the breakpoints of the two 2S-2B translocation line, young leaves at three leaf stage of the two translocation line and their parental lines were collected and used for RNA extraction and sequencing.为确定两个2S-2B易位系（2S-2B translocation line）的断裂位点，本研究采集了这两个易位系及其亲本系处于三叶期的幼嫩叶片，用于RNA提取与测序。
