RNA sequencing following TRIM27 knockdown in KYSE30 cells

We discovered that the E3 ubiquitin ligase TRIM27 interacts with KLF12 and affects it transcriptional activity. To identify genes regulated by TRIM27, we performed RNA-seq in KYSE30 cells with or without TRIM27 knockdown.
