Based on the theory of spatial reconstruction, this dataset constructs a potential evaluation system for territorial land consolidation and rehabilitation by utilizing massive spatiotemporal data to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the potential of land integration and optimization. Aiming at the demands and implementation processes of comprehensive whole-region land consolidation, and taking improving land use benefits, optimizing spatial functions and patterns, restoring the ecological environment, and ensuring sustainable resource development as its core goals, it establishes a scientific and effective potential evaluation model. Adopting GIS spatial analysis as the technical means, it quantitatively analyzes and evaluates the potential of comprehensive land consolidation. This dataset can serve business fields including comprehensive whole-region land consolidation project construction, territorial spatial planning and other relevant business sectors.
