The quadrupole mass filter detection dataset is a precision detection dataset for the quadrupole mass analyzer developed in the study *Development of High-Precision Quadrupole Mass Analyzers*. This metadata includes detection data of the adjacent and opposing quadrupole rods that constitute the quadrupole mass analyzer, as well as the overall accuracy evaluated using these data. Based on this dataset, the overall accuracy of the developed quadrupole mass analyzer is assessed to be 1.5 μm, with a surface roughness of 0.047 μm. These data can serve as a reference for the development of other similar components.
