Microbiome and Metatranscriptome of Sarracenia Mapping Population Panel

This study presents novel insights into plant microbiome organization and function. The study examined the microbiomes of Sarracenia genotypes with a similar genetic background (mapping population) to determine how genotype influences affect the assembly, structure, and functions of the microbial community and delineate the microbiome's diverse characteristics and host interactions. The analysis conducted is both functional and taxonomical, and the results are interpreted within ecological and evolutionary frameworks.

本研究为植物微生物组（plant microbiome）的组织模式与功能机制提供了全新的见解。本研究以遗传背景一致的瓶子草属（Sarracenia）基因型（作图群体，mapping population）的微生物组为研究对象，旨在解析基因型效应如何影响微生物群落的组装过程、结构组成与功能，并阐明微生物组的多样特征及其与宿主的互作关系。本研究同时开展了功能与分类学维度的分析，并基于生态学与进化学框架对研究结果进行解读。
