RNA-sequencing of peripheral blood neutrophils from STEMI and NSTEMI patients at presentation and 1 month post-AMI

Purpose: RNA-sequencing of peripheral blood neutrophils from STEMI and NSTEMI patients at the time of presentation versus a control sample obtained from the same patients 1 month post-AMI to determine differentially expressed genes and pathways. RNA-sequencing of peripheral blood neutrophils from STEMI and NSTEMI patients at presentation and 1 month post-AMI.

研究目的：对ST段抬高型心肌梗死（STEMI）与非ST段抬高型心肌梗死（NSTEMI）患者就诊时的外周血中性粒细胞进行RNA测序（RNA sequencing），并与同一患者急性心肌梗死（AMI）后1个月采集的对照样本进行比对，以鉴定差异表达基因及相关信号通路。
对STEMI与NSTEMI患者就诊时及AMI后1个月的外周血中性粒细胞进行RNA测序。
