Transcription Error Rate of Saccharomyces cerevisiae exposed to EMS, MMS and MNNG

Yeast cells were exposed to several drugs (EMS, MMS and MNNG) and RNA was extracted and processed using the rolling-circle method to quantify transcription errors.将酵母菌细胞暴露于EMS、MMS及MNNG三种药物中，随后提取RNA并采用滚环法（rolling-circle method）进行处理，以量化转录错误。
