Urinary Bladder Cancer Images

The slides of urinary bladdr cancer tissues were stained with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) in standard histopathological procedures. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissue sections were cut into 4 µm thick slices, and were stained using a Tissue-Tek DRS 2000E-D2 Slide Stainer (Sakura Finetek Japan) according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Using the AxioVision SE64Rel.4.9.1.1 (Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Germany) software, images were captured with an Axio Imager Z.1 (Carl Zeiss Meditec AG, Germany) microscope equipped with an EC Plan-NEOFLUOAR 20x/0.5NA lens.

本数据集的样本为经标准组织病理学流程行苏木精-伊红（hematoxylin-eosin，HE）染色的膀胱癌组织玻片。具体实验流程如下：将福尔马林固定、石蜡包埋的组织切片切成4微米厚的薄片，使用Tissue-Tek DRS 2000E-D2玻片染色机（樱花芬泰克日本公司，Sakura Finetek Japan）按照厂商说明书完成染色操作。后续采用搭载EC Plan-NEOFLUOAR 20x/0.5NA物镜的Axio Imager Z.1显微镜（卡尔蔡司医疗技术股份有限公司，Carl Zeiss Meditec AG，德国），通过AxioVision SE64Rel.4.9.1.1软件（卡尔蔡司医疗技术股份有限公司，Carl Zeiss Meditec AG，德国）采集显微图像。
